As a traveler, I was pleased with a lot of things about this hotel, including its prime location in the center of the city. The cleanliness of this hotel is impressive and the hotel facilities are fantastic. Additionally, the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating to all my needs during my stay. I found it very convenient that this hotel was located near to a supermarket, which made it easy to run quick errands. Lastly, the breakfast offered at the hotel was a delightful buffet with a vast selection of tasty options.

The breakfast menus were great and the location of the hotel was strategic. It was situated in a fairly quiet street, away from the beach crowds, yet a half hour taxi ride to Sanur or Kuta and a bit longer to Ubud. Taxis wait outside the hotel and all day rates were reasonable.
The location was quite far from interesting places unless of course, you have a driver and a car to pick up and deliver you back every morning and evening. The traffic never stops and the bikes squeeze through any gap, making it hard to cross the road.

The location of this hotel in the city center is great with a lot of local business travelers. It is also near to the supermarket which is very convenient. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, making your stay more pleasant. The breakfast is included and they offer a good range of local food, including omelets and other dishes.
Some of the facilities are in need of renovation, which makes the overall feel of the hotel a bit outdated.

The hotel location was great as it was in the middle of the city, 10-minute walk from the big gift shops. We were able to visit a lot of nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room service was quick. The breakfast was amazing and had a variety of options to choose from.
The hotel pool was not clean and looked murky, so we didn't want to swim in it. The room was quite old with some stains on the sheets and towels, which made us feel uncomfortable.
